A monumental Murano glass chandelier executed entirely in hand-blown pale green glass, distinguished by its elegant verticality and restrained reinterpretation of classical Venetian form. The elongated central stem is composed of stacked baluster and ribbed elements, rising to a flared trumpet-shaped terminal and descending through a spherical knop to an inverted bowl, from which a suspended teardrop finial completes the composition. Six gracefully scrolling arms extend symmetrically from the stem, each terminating in shallow cupped bobeches with integral candle cups, all rendered in the same subtly variegated green glass.

The glass displays fine striations, light seed bubbles, and gentle variations in thickness consistent with traditional Murano blowing techniques. Ornament is achieved through proportion and silhouette rather than applied decoration, reflecting a mid-20th-century revival of historic Venetian chandelier models adapted for modern interiors. The harmonious consistency of color and form throughout indicates a unified workshop production rather than later assemblage.
